Process

How It Works

  1. 01

You call or send the details

Tell us what you want built and where. Photos, the space, and a rough idea of your budget help us understand the project.

  2. 02

    We walk the job

We visit the property, assess the existing conditions and discuss what is realistic for the space and budget.

  3. 03

    You get a written estimate

You receive a defined scope and price in writing so you understand what is included before work begins.

  4. 04

    We build it

The same contractor manages the project from start to finish according to the agreed scope and schedule.
